Lisa Salters is an American journalist and former collegiate woman’s basketball player born on March 6, 1966. She is a native of King Prussia, Pennslyvania.
Lisa graduated from Penn University in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast degree in journalism. Lisa played as a guard for the Lady Lions basketball team from 1986-1987, where she holds the bragging rights of being the shortest player in the school’s history at 5’2”.
On October 13, 2017, Salters was inducted into the Montgomery Country Chapter of Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame. She joined ESPN as a general reporter and went ahead to work with for ABC Network.
As the lead reporter on ABC’s NBA telecast, Salters was entitled as sideline correspondent for ESPN’s show, ‘Monday Night Football’ in April 2012.
