Kim Jayde whose real name is Kimberly Robinson was in 1990 in Harare, Zimbabwe. She is the second born of her parents’ eight children (4 brothers and 3 sisters). Not much is known about her parents, siblings, childhood and early life.

Kim Jayde later relocated to South Africa and was raised in Bulawayo. With regards to her education, Kim attended the Dominican Convent Junior School before joining the Girls College Boarding School for her secondary school education.
