Olanrenwaju, currently playing in Europe, is seeking custody of their children and is pursuing a ₦1 billion claim against UK-based pastor Tobi Adegboyega.
He alleges Adegboyega’s involvement in an extramarital relationship with Ezinne caused him substantial emotional distress, financial loss, and strained their relationship.
The couple has faced numerous challenges, including allegations of infidelity, culminating in Ezinne’s own legal actions against Olanrenwaju.

In his legal response, Olanrenwaju identifies Ezinne as the Respondent and Adegboyega as the Co-Respondent in his cross-petition.
He further accuses Ezinne of abducting their children, an incident reportedly resolved by intervention from the Department of State Services.
Olanrenwaju also asserts that Ezinne has obstructed their joint business ventures, adding complexity to their legal dispute.
A court hearing is scheduled for September 24, 2024, to address these contentious issues, marking the next chapter in their unfolding legal battle.
