At the age of 14, Katie took on modelling classes and subsequently engaged in the International Modeling and Talent Association in New York, 1996.
She owns a chic clothing line called Holmes & Yang together with stylist Jeanne Yang, debuting at the New York Fashion Week in September 2012. In both 2009 and 2011, Katie was unveiled as the new face of the spring promo of the respective fashion brands, Miu Miu and Ann Taylor.
