Jude Okoye is a music executive and a very successful one at that. He is the CEO of Northside Music LTD in Nigeria. He is also the CEO of Square Records and the elder brother of the defunct pop duo Psquare.
Jude started as a rapper but retreated when his twin brothers began music to support them. Many attribute the success of Psquare to Jude.
Jude Okoye biography
Jude Okoye was born in Jos, Nigeria on April 25, 1977, into a large family. He has six other siblings. There is very little on his early life, however, it is no news that he’s always wanted to be part of the entertainment industry.
Jude’s career began in 1994 as an film production enthusiast. A year later, he switched to making music and released a rap album, moving to the big city, Lagos to broaden his horizon.
Later, Jude decided to quit his music career, just about the time his brothers Peter and Paul Okoye (Psquare) began theirs.
Many music lovers and industry players have attributed the success of his brothers to him. However, many have also accused him of Psquare’s breakup.
