Josh recounted that some fans became overly persistent, even obtaining his phone number and reaching out to him on WhatsApp. He described one particular incident where a male admirer contacted him, expressing romantic interest. In response, Josh humorously recounted threatening the admirer with a dramatic prayer for blindness, which led the admirer to beg for forgiveness.

“This is the difference between me and some other people who do female characters,” Josh2Funny said. “My portrayal was meant to be straightforward comedy. If anyone took it seriously or got the wrong impression, it was not my intention. Mama Felicia was supposed to be silly and absurd, not an invitation for unwanted attention.”
The comedian revealed that the discomfort and embarrassment caused by these interactions influenced his decision to retire the Mama Felicia character and adopt the persona of “Brother Zacchaeus.” This switch allowed him to continue performing while avoiding the issues associated with his previous portrayal.
