Jide Kosoko Shares How His Home Transformed into a Hotel After His Wife’s Death

Veteran actor Prince Jide Kosoko recently shared how his home turned chaotic after the death of his wife, Henrietta.

He explained that he felt pressured to remarry as his house was turning into a hub for visitors.

Kosoko revealed during an interview that it hurt him deeply when people accused him of using his wives for money rituals. He believes that God is handling Kemi Olunloyo and others who tried to tarnish his reputation.

Kosoko stated he had been blackmailed many times but managed to overcome it. He said people calling him a ritualist, essentially a murderer, initially affected him. However, he chose to pray and let God deliver justice, which he believes has happened to his accusers.

Kosoko explained that he never intended to be a polygamist, although his father was one.

His first wife, Sola’s mother, worked with the Nigerian Customs Service and wasn’t involved in his industry, leading him to take a second wife due to long travels.

Tragically, he lost two wives within a year, making him hesitant to remarry, despite having many girlfriends.

His house started to feel like a brothel as his girlfriends and friends’ girlfriends visited frequently.

A female doctor advised him to remarry, saying he was too young to be alone. He lost his two wives in 1992 and 1993, before turning 40.

Eventually, he married Henrietta and Alhaja Bimbo, unable to choose between them.
