Kotzin and Sey married on September 25, 2017, being Sey’s second husband. Details about Sey’s first marriage are only scanty, except that she married the unnamed husband during her two decades serving as a Levi official.

The marriage resulted in two children, followed by a divorce and remarriage to Kotzin within the same period.
