Jeffrey Neale Jackson is an American politician, attorney, and military officer who has served as the 14th congressional district’s congressman since 2023. He served in the North Carolina Senate from 2014 to 2022 as a member of the Democratic Party, representing the 37th district.

Jackson enlisted in the United States Army Reserve in 2002. He was a business litigator at Charlotte-based Womble Bond Dickinson. Jackson is also a major in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps in the North Carolina Army National Guard.
Jackson voted in support of the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act in March 2024, which surprised many TikTok users given that he frequently used the app.
