In 2001, Marjan Jahangiri was appointed Consultant Cardiac Surgeon and Senior Lecturer at St. George’s Hospital, University of London. Her remarkable contributions to the field earned her the distinguished title of Professor of Cardiac Surgery at the University of London in 2007.
