Foxx later said that he couldn’t walk and felt close to death during his illness. Recently, Foxx was filmed in Phoenix talking to fans about what happened to him.

He explained that he had a really bad headache and asked his friend for some pain medicine. Foxx said he was unconscious for 20 days and can’t remember anything from that time.

The actor, known for his role in the movie “Ray,” told fans that his sister and daughter took him to see a doctor.

The next doctor they saw told Foxx there was a problem in his head. Foxx then said he didn’t want to say more about it on camera.

In December 2023, Foxx talked about his near-death experience for the first time in public. This was at an event held by the Critics Choice Association. He said he felt close to dying but didn’t see the bright light people often talk about.
