Wandy Luis Peralta Dominguez is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher for the New York Yankees of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has previously played in MLB for the Cincinnati Reds and San Francisco Giants. Peralta signed with the Reds as an amateur free agent in 2010 and made his MLB debut in 2016.

On September 7, 2019, the San Francisco Giants claimed Peralta off waivers. Peralta earned his first career save in a 10th inning 3–2 victory over the San Diego Padres in April 2021.
On April 27, 2021, the Giants traded Peralta and Connor Cannon to the New York Yankees in exchange for outfielder Mike Tauchman. He had a 2.95 ERA for the Yankees in 2021 and signed a $2.15 million contract for the 2022 season.

In 2022, Peralta was 3-4 with four saves and a 2.72 ERA. He pitched in all five games of the 2022 ALDS, becoming the first pitcher to do so.

This season, in particular, Wandy has been great. In 56.1 innings pitched — just shy of his career high of 64.2 set in 2017 with the Reds — he has pitched to a 2.72 ERA and 2.86 FIP with a 21.1 per cent strikeout rate and a career-low 7.6 per cent walk rate.
