Caleb Michael David Houstan, a professional basketball player for the Orlando Magic of the National Basketball Association, was born in Canada on January 9, 2003.

In college, he represented the Michigan Wolverines in basketball. Houstan was a player in the best players in the 2021 class and was a unanimous five-star recruit. At the 2019 FIBA Under-16 Americas Championship, he and Canada earned silver.

The Orlando Magic selected Houstan with the 32nd overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft. In the NBA Summer League of 2022, Houstan joined the Magic. He scored twenty points in his Summer League debut on 7 out of 12 field goal attempts, including 5-for-9 from beyond the arc. Houstan and the Magic agreed to a rookie deal on July 11, 2022.
