Details surrounding their return to Grey Sloan are still under wraps. Capshaw graced the screens from Season 5 until Season 14, bidding adieu to Seattle in the finale to relocate to New York, allowing her daughter Sophia to be closer to her other mother, Dr. Callie Torres, portrayed by Sara Ramirez.

Landi, a recurring character from Seasons 15 to 18, departed in May 2022. Throughout his tenure, his character navigated an on-again, off-again relationship with fellow doctor Levi Schmitt, portrayed by Jake Borelli, who remains a part of the show.

Natalie Morales joins the cast as Monica Beltran, a pediatric surgeon known for her pragmatism and level-headedness in providing top-quality care to her patients. Freddy Miyares steps into the series in a recurring role as Dorian, a patient grappling with his future following a serious accident.

ABC hints at more guest star announcements to come, keeping viewers eagerly anticipating further returns.

Prepare for the premiere of Grey’s Anatomy Season 20 on ABC on March 14 at 9 p.m. ET/PT, with next-day streaming available on Hulu. Stay tuned for more updates as the season unfolds.
