Inter Milan is seriously considering a move for Juventus’ Italian forward Federico Chiesa at a drastically reduced fee this summer.

According to the Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter Milan could aim to secure the Italian international for less than €15 million.
Inter Milan’s interest in Federico Chiesa, seemingly opportunistic, is fueled by Juventus’s eagerness to offload the 26-year-old to make way for new signings under coach Thiago Motta.

With Federico Chiesa clearly not part of Juventus’s future plans, the Bianconeri are almost desperate to sell him as soon as possible.
Federico Chiesa’s current contract with Juventus runs until the end of next June, raising the possibility of his availability on a free transfer next summer.
Should Chiesa leave on a free transfer, Inter Milan would be among the top contenders to sign him, continuing their trend of acquiring high-profile players on free transfers, such as Hakan Calhanoglu and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
