During the game, Inaki’s younger brother, Nico, was subjected to racial abuse, prompting a temporary halt in the match.
Despite this, Nico managed to score a goal for Bilbao and celebrated by pointing to his skin, highlighting the significance of combating racism in football.
Inaki emphasized the need for collective action to combat such behavior, not only within football but also in society at large.

While Nico represents Spain internationally, Inaki plays for Ghana’s national team, the Black Stars.
