Nigerian actor Osita Iheme expressed gratitude for the enduring popularity of clips from his past movies that continue to circulate as memes on social media platforms.

In a recent media interview, the seasoned actor acknowledged the impact of these clips, which serve as a testament to his acting prowess and the enduring appreciation of his work by the audience.

“It’s good to see that your works do well out there and people appreciate what you do even though it has been so many years; people still value it now. It shows that you have an asset,” Osita Iheme remarked during the interview.

Despite some clips being filmed over 20 years ago, Iheme expressed his happiness that they still resonate with audiences today, allowing people to relate to and use them to express their emotions.

The 42-year-old actor, known for his role alongside Chinedu Ikedieze in the 2003 film Aki na Ukwa, has been a prominent figure in the Nigerian film industry since the early 2000s.

With a diverse filmography spanning comedic hits like Mr Ibu to more serious roles, Iheme has established himself as a versatile actor.

Beyond his acting career, Iheme serves as the New Generation Ambassador for Rotary International District 9110 and has authored a book titled INSPIRED 101.

While he has achieved success in the entertainment industry, Iheme has also expressed aspirations to venture into politics, revealing his hopes for a future in public service back in 2018.
