Popular Nigerian social media comedian, Debo Adebayo who is famously known as Mr Macaroni, has broken his silence over the arrest that included him and others during the reopening of the Lekki Toll Gate.

Macaroni has taken to social media precisely, Twitter and Instagram to speak on his harrowing ordeal in the hands of the Nigerian police after his arrest by the Nigerian Police Force for participating in the #OccupyLekkiTollgate protest on Saturday, February 13, 2021.

According to the internet sensation, he already anticipated what was going to happen should he join the protest. He said he was scared for his life because he knew what may happen when he steps out of his home to protest against the reopening of the Lekki Toll Gate and people may even die from the protest.

He anticipated that the protesters may be picked by the police to an unknown place and lamented that the Buhari led government does not care about the life of humans.
