I Only Use Social Media Because I’m a Musician – Joeboy

Afrobeats star, Joeboy, revealed his inclination towards privacy, admitting he could abstain from social media if not for his music career.

Speaking during an interview, he confessed that without music, he wouldn’t maintain any social media presence, except perhaps on WhatsApp.

Joeboy clarified that his current online activity is solely for promoting his music brand. He emphasized the importance of social media for businesses but indicated his personal disinterest in prolonged online engagement.

When not engaged online, Joeboy focuses on personal development activities such as working out, reading, traveling, and watching documentaries.

Despite his reserved nature, he remains dedicated to honing his craft and expanding his musical repertoire.

Signed to Warner Music Africa in collaboration with his label, Young Legend, Joeboy’s journey in the music industry began under Mr Eazi’s emPawa Africa in 2017.
