Nigerian singer, Mr Eazi, has sparked reactions on social media after he declared himself the king of dancehall, challenging Ghanaian dancehall singer, Shatta Wale.

In a video sighted on his Instagram page where he gave a freestyle to some beats where he stated that he is now the king of Dancehall adding that, Ghanaian dancehall singer, Shatta Wale has 24 hours to challenge him on this.
Mr Eazi said;
“Yo @Shattawale I am now the King of Afro Dancehall you have 24 hours to reply!!”.

Meanwhile, Shatta Wale is yet to respond to this call. Mr Eazi’s fans have also charged him to have a collaboration with Shatta Wale as they believe it will be a hit song.
In August 2019, Mr Eazi launched emPawa Africa, a talent incubation initiative designed to nurture and support upcoming African artists. A few months ago, Eazi also released his EP titled, Something Else.
