Nigerian Popular female artist Simisola Ogunleye Kosoko is known professionally as Simi is a songwriter, a singer, and an actress who was born on the 19th of April, 1988 in Ojuelegba.

Simi started her music career as a Gospel singer before venturing into circular music. She dropped her first gospel track titled “Ogaju” in 2008. She however rose to limelight in 2014 after releasing her song “Tiff” which earned her a nomination for “Best Alternative Song” at the Headies in 2015.

Simi has been consistent with her music career and her songs since she joined the music industry. Some tracks she has released are Jamb question, Smile for me, Love doesn’t care, Duduke, and also three studio albums.

Simi took to her Instagram story to reveal that she almost cut her hair again. She posted a photo of her grown natural hair and disclosed to her fans what she almost did to her hair.
