  1. Hold your feet about shoulder-length apart. Keep your feet flat on the ground to maintain your balance.
  2. Begin to roll your waist in a circle, move as slowly as you need to go to pick up on the movement. It can take a while to get used to moving your waist while keeping your shoulders and hips in place.
  3. Keep moving your hips in slow circles/ a pattern you’re comfortable with until you feel confident in the motion.
  4. lower your body down slightly. Bend your knees just a bit so your waist sinks down to the floor.
  5. keeping moving your hips in a round pattern – there you got it.

You can use the same steps for twerking, you only need to move your booties up and down instead of in a round manner.

unlike whining, twerking has to do with a faster back and forth movement of your hips and butts.

You can do both in one dance makes you appear more confident and sexier.
