The Hyundai Palisade is a mid-size crossover SUV manufactured by Hyundai Motor Company since late 2018.

The Hyundai Palisade debuted at the 2018 Los Angeles Auto Show on November 28, 2018 and it replaces the Maxcruz (also known as Santa Fe XL outside of South Korea) as the flagship SUV under the Hyundai brand.

The Hyundai Palisade is also largest vehicle in Hyundai’s fleet measuring in at 196.1 inches long with a wheelbase of 114.2 inches.

The Palisade is Hyundai’s largest vehicle to date, and has 21 cu ft (595 L) of cargo space behind the third row and 87 cu ft (2,464 L) with both rows folded down.

According to Hyundai, the name Palisade “references a series of coastal cliffs”, the neighborhood of Pacific Palisades in Los Angeles, California is used as a reference for the naming of the car.

How much will the new Hyundai Palisade cost?

When the pricing for the 2023 Hyundai Palisade is announced, it is expected to be higher  than the 2022 model, which ranged from about $35,000 to just under $50,000 in top Calligraphy trim.

With all the bells and whistles a fully-loaded Hyundai Palisade will run you $49,960, plus $1,185 delivery, for an out-the-door price of $51,145, this is according to kbb.com.
