Adele began her weight loss journey back in 2019 and according to her former personal trainer Pete Geracimo, Adele’s decision to lose weight was to improve herself for the benefit of her and her family only.
It was reported that Adele has been following a strict diet presumed to be the Sirtfood diet (a diet which focuses on eating foods that are high in sirtuin activators) and has also cut down on drinking to be able to lose this much weight. Her personal trainer Camila Goodis, stated Adele’s weight loss had everything to do with her diet and that she had literally changed her lifestyle to get in shape.
