Mitrovic shoved referee Chris Kavanagh during a tumultuous few minutes that eventually led to the dismissal of two other Fulham players, Willian and head coach Marco Silva.

The Football Association (FA) denounced Mitrovic’s termination as “clearly insufficient” and charged that he used improper, abusive, insulting, and threatening words and/or behavior.
