Nigerian actor and rapper, Falz, has been adjudged the winner of the Best Rap Single at the 14th Headies Awards held at La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort in Ibeju-Lekki.

The fans of the artiste are super excited about this win because it was one of the close contested categories. Falz battled it out with artistes like Reminisce, Blaqbonez, Illbliss and others to emerge the winner.

Falz began his rapping career in secondary school after forming a group called ‘The School Boys’ with his friend before his professional career as a music artiste began in 2009. Falz rose to fame after he released his song, Marry me featuring Poe and Yemi Alade.
The rapper currently owns an independent record studio called Bahd Guys Records. He released his debut studio album titled, Wazup Guy in 2014. The second album stories, That Touch was released in 2015. He also released his fourth studio album, Moral Instruction in 2019.
