Girls Planet 999 is an upcoming South Korean reality competition show that will premiere on Mnet and air for 12 weekly episodes until its finale on October 22.

The show will first air on August 6, 2021, at 8:20 PM KST on Mnet’s official TV channel. Certain clips and performances will be available on their YouTube channel.
Auditions for the competition were held from January to February 2021.

Out of 13,000 applicants, 99 final contestants were selected; with an equal number coming from the three participating countries.
Girls Planet 999 will be hosted by Yeo Jin-goo who is known for his role in ‘Hotel Del Luna.’ The girls will also have K-pop mentors Sunmi and Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany who will guide them along with the trainers.
The series is presented by Yeo Jin-goo, dubbed as the “Planet Master”. The rest of the mentors, also dubbed as “masters”, are Lee Sun-mi, Tiffany Young, Back Koo-young, Jang Juhee, Jang Juhee, and Jo Ayoung.
