This shift happened after Comoros lost 2-1 to Madagascar today. Before this game, Comoros was at the top of the group, leading on goal difference over Ghana.

With Comoros now in second place, Madagascar has moved to the top of the standings, and Ghana has dropped to third place.

All three nations, Ghana, Comoros, and Madagascar, have six points each from winning two out of three games. Ghana secured victories against Mali and Madagascar but lost 1-0 to Comoros.

In terms of goal difference, Madagascar leads with +3, Comoros follows with +2, and Ghana is third with +1.

Next, Ghana is set to play against the Central African Republic (CAR) on Monday, June 10, at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi. The Black Stars are striving to qualify for the FIFA World Cup for the fifth time.
