Ghana head coach Otto Addo is optimistic about the future of the Black Stars, provided they can address their weaknesses.

Following recent victories against Mali and the Central African Republic in the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers, Otto Addo acknowledged the team’s strong performance but highlighted ongoing defensive concerns.

In an interview with a media outlet, Otto Addo stated: “So first of all, even though we won, we still know that there’s a lot of things we can learn from. But also for the players to see and to believe in themselves, everything is possible.”

Otto Addo added:”There’s a lot of potential and the gap to the top is still there, and if we can progress, and work on our weaknesses, then I think we have a bright future.
Otto Addo emphasised that conceding goals was a team issue rather than just a defensive problem. Otto Addo added that Ghana’s overall performance will increase.
