Former Model Crystal McKinney, Sues Diddy for Sexual Assault

Renowned rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new legal battle as former model Crystal McKinney has filed a lawsuit accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting her in 2003.

This development follows Diddy’s recent public apology for assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, after a disturbing video of the incident surfaced.McKinney’s lawsuit outlines the alleged assault, claiming that Diddy provided her with marijuana laced with narcotics before coercing her into performing oral sex on him.

The incident reportedly occurred at Diddy’s studio in New York City, where McKinney had been invited after meeting him at a Men’s Fashion Week event.

In her account, McKinney describes feeling disoriented after unknowingly consuming a joint laced with a potent narcotic, leading to Diddy allegedly forcing her into a bathroom where the assault took place.

She asserts that despite her refusal, Diddy proceeded to assault her, causing her to lose consciousness and wake up in a taxi, realizing she had been victimized.

McKinney’s decision to speak out comes in the wake of lawsuits filed by Cassie and other women against Diddy, citing a sense of moral obligation to share her experience and seeking unspecified damages through legal action.

Notably, Cassie’s previous lawsuit against Diddy, which included allegations of abuse, rape, and sex trafficking, was settled swiftly last year for an undisclosed sum following the emergence of a surveillance video capturing Diddy assaulting her in 2016. The settlement raised questions about Diddy’s motives, with speculation suggesting the video’s impact influenced his decision.

In response to the video, Diddy issued a public apology, expressing remorse for his past actions and committing to personal growth and rehabilitation.

However, criticisms have arisen regarding the sincerity of his apology, particularly from Cassie’s legal team, amid rumors of a non-disclosure agreement between the two parties preventing direct mention of each other.
