Nick Imudia, the former CEO of Nigerian e-commerce giant Konga, has tragically died by suicide after reportedly jumping from the balcony of his apartment in Lekki.

Imudia, who was serving as the CEO of D.light, a prominent company specializing in residential solar energy solutions, passed away on the night of Tuesday, June 25, 2024.

According to reports, Imudia made a distressing call to his brother in the United States before the incident, outlining instructions on how to distribute his wealth in the event of his death.

He also reached out to his young daughter from a previous relationship, assuring her of his eternal presence and advising her to look to the sky to find him.

Nick Imudia hailed originally from Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State. He was previously married to the mother of his young daughter, who also hails from the same local government area. The marriage ended due to irreconcilable differences.
