The Federal Government has issued a call to action for stakeholders in Nigeria’s environment sector to devise comprehensive strategies aimed at tackling the growing hazards posed by climate change across the nation.

Mr. Mahmud Kambari, the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Environment, made this call during a meeting of the technical committee convened to review and update the National Erosion and Flood Control Policy. The meeting took place in Abuja on Thursday, drawing together a diverse array of experts and stakeholders.
