Erica Ash parents: Meet Diann Ash and Donald Ash – Donald Ash and Diann Ash are the parents of Erica Ash, an American actress, comedian, singer, and model who was a cast member on the sketch comedy programs MADtv and The Big Gay Sketch Show, and later starred in the Starz sitcom Survivor’s Remorse.

Erica’s parents were both in the military, leading the family to relocate often, moving to Germany and other parts of the world. They are now retired from the military and live in Georgia. They are very proud of their daughter’s accomplishments, and they continue to support her career.

Erica attended a performing arts school in Atlanta, Georgia, during her youth. She planned on becoming a doctor, graduating from Emory University, in Atlanta with a degree in pre-medicine, and prepared to attend medical school. However, after a trip to Japan, where she became a backup singer and a runway model, she decided to pursue a career in entertainment.

Erica has been very grateful to her parents for supporting her career.

She has said that they taught her the importance of hard work and perseverance, an attitude which has helped shape her career.
