EFCC is Dared by Man to Arrest Some Particular People For Spraying Naira

In a bold move caught on camera, a Nigerian man has thrown down the gauntlet to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), challenging them to arrest three individuals seen spraying naira notes at an event.
