Dortmund Makes Offer For Manchester City’s Yan Couto

With just over three weeks until the Premier League campaign begins, Manchester City are preparing for the upcoming season with the aim of making history.

As part of their preparations, manager Pep Guardiola is assessing both academy products and first-team regulars who will be important to his team.

However, one player unlikely to feature is Yan Couto. The 22-year-old right-back has returned to Manchester City after loan spells at Braga and Girona.

According to reports emerging from Germany, Borussia Dortmund have submitted a bid for Yan Couto. The initial offer from the Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund is €20 million, but ManchesterCity are demanding a higher fee.

Although Borussia Dortmund has made an offer for Yan Couto, the youngster has attarcted interest from a number of teams in Europe and one of which is Tottenham Hotspur.

Tottenham Hotspur might be forced to look elsewhere as Borussia Dortmund are looking to secure Yan Couto’s signature.
