As reported, Nuri Sahin is willing to sanction Niclas Fullkrug’s transfer to London Stadium due to Dortmund already having four strikers on their roster.
AC Milan, Atletico Madrid, and Stuttgart also hold an interest in Niclas Fullkrug, but West Ham are in pole position despite having an initial £15 million offer rejected by Borussia Dortmund.

Niclas Fullkrug is reportedly set to fly into London to finalize the deal and personal terms.
Nuri Sahin is actively shaping his squad, which includes allowing Niclas Fullkrug to leave Signal Iduna Park after one season, where he scored 12 Bundesliga goals in 29 matches.
With attackers like Sebastien Haller, Serhou Guirassy, and Youssoufa Moukoko available to Sahin, Niclas Fullkrug’s departure appears imminent and will not have any major effect on Dortmund.
