The Kumawood actor, currently being sued by Ankomah for defamation, recently pleaded for forgiveness during a live interview, urging her to withdraw the court case and settle the matter privately.
Lil Win’s defamation case stems from a video he recorded insulting Ankomah for not featuring in his movie.
Despite his public apology, Sally Mann, known for her candid opinions, has encouraged Ankomah to proceed with the lawsuit.

Mann believes Ankomah should “test the law” and not succumb to the pressure of an out-of-court settlement.
She recalled that when Ankomah initially mentioned going to court, Lil Win dismissively remarked that “any fool could go to court,” indicating his willingness to face legal proceedings.
“I am not for the settlement; I want Martha to test the law. I will be highly disappointed if there is an out-of-court settlement. Keep your eye on the prize, GH₵5 million. It is the price that will serve as a deterrent to others,” Mann stated.
She emphasized the importance of the legal system in protecting individuals and criticized the tendency to attribute women’s success in the industry to unethical behavior. “The law is there to protect us,” Mann concluded, advocating for a legal resolution to the dispute.
