Donald Trump Alleges He was ‘Tortured’ During Fulton County Jail Booking

Donald Trump’s team says he was hurt badly when he went to jail in Georgia last August. Trump’s team sent out a message asking for money.

They said Trump wants people to remember what happened to him. They claim he was treated very badly in the Fulton County Jail and had his picture taken.

Trump’s team put his jail picture on cups and shirts for people to buy. When Trump went to jail, it was the first time a former president had his picture taken there.

He was only there for about 20 minutes. At first, Trump was accused of 13 things about the 2020 election in Georgia. Now it’s only 10 things.

Right after Trump went to jail, his team started asking for money.  They got $4.18 million in one day. They sold shirts and other things with his jail picture on them.

Last month, Trump’s team got even more money. They say they got $53 million in one day after he was found guilty in a different case in New York.

Trump’s team is selling the cup with his jail picture for $47. The money goes to help him run for president in 2024. A report in February said Trump got $4.2 million the day after his jail picture came out.

Trump still needs to be punished for the New York case. He was found guilty of 34 things about lying in business papers. He’s also in trouble for maybe not taking care of secret papers found at his home in Florida.
