DJ Sbu born Sibusiso Leope is a kwaito musician in South Africa. He is a presenter, club and radio jock, and an entrepreneur who owns a record label called TS Records and an energy drink called Mofaya.

Sunday World after careful investigation disclosed that the house never was bought in the name of DJ Sbu. according to sources, the property which gained massive attention belongs to Roz Everitt, who is the co-owner of international property group Chas Everitt. The Joburg woman who raised these allegations against DJ Sbu said;
“I realized when I got there that the house was familiar to me. When I toured the house I saw DJ Sbu’s Sama statuettes, clothes, and shoes and that is when I realized that it is the one that was shown on Top Billing.

“Zelda then told me upon my inquiries that DJ Sbu and his ex-fiancée Disebo Makatsa wanted to buy the property but the deal was canceled due to other complications. She said the tenants [DJ Sbu and Makatsa] are supposed to move out by the end of June,” said the woman.
Since this brouhaha, there has not been any informa5ion on his property and when it’s been located. Hence, information on his house is still under review.
