A Nigerian disc jockey, singer and songwriter by the popular name, DJ Cuppy has disclosed that she has been defamed by Davido’s aide, Afeare Israel who is well known on social media as IsrealDMW.

There has been a feud between two Nigerian artistes, Zlatan Ibile and DJ Cuppy. The female artiste disclosed that her former friend, Zlatan Ibile has blocked her on Twitter and Instagram that she can not reach him. However, Zlatan Ibile in an interview revealed that he knows no artiste by the name, DJ Cuppy.
Davido’s aide, Afeare Isreal revealed the cause of their feud stating that DJ Cuppy used Zlatan Ibile for her gains and refused to acknowledge his effort. According to IsrealDMW, the duo attended a fundraising event for DJ Cuppy and Zlatan was left to finance his accommodation at the end, not even a naira was given him.

This according to DJ Cuppy constitute defamation putting her reputation into disrepute. She has, therefore, declared that she will sue IsrealDMW for libel and defamation.
For the record… There have been no breaches of my contractual agreement regarding the song #Gelato as confirmed by lawyers… However, as @IsrealDMW publicly inaccurately declared I owe an artist money, I am suing him for libel and defamation!
