Nigerian comedian Deeone has stirred controversy by criticizing reality TV star Whitemoney for his recent claim of employing 150 staff members and paying them five years in advance.

During a segment on the Echo Room podcast, Whitemoney, renowned for his Big Brother Naija win, asserted that he manages his extensive workforce this way to streamline operations across his multifaceted career.

Deeone swiftly responded to Whitemoney’s statement, labeling him the “biggest liar” in the entertainment industry. Deeone argued that such a claim was highly improbable, questioning its feasibility through detailed calculations.

He also drew attention to another recent controversy involving Ka3na, who shared a photoshopped image of a customized private jet, suggesting a trend of fabricated claims within the industry.

In a video addressing the issue, Deeone posed a rhetorical question: “Whitemoney Vs Ka3na… who lies more?”

The response from social media users was swift and critical:

“How can someone pay 5 years in advance… what kind of lie is that?” questioned one user.

“Even billion-dollar companies don’t pay one month ahead, let alone 5 years in advance. 🤥” remarked another.

“This guy does nothing but troll yet he’s called a comedian,” noted another user, reflecting on Deeone’s reputation for outspoken commentary.
