Corbin Brian Burnes, an American professional baseball pitcher for the Milwaukee Brewers of Major League Baseball, was born on October 22, 1994, in Bakersfield, California (MLB).

Burnes was a student at Bakersfield’s Centennial High School. In 22 appearances during his senior year, he had a 9–4 record with a 2.23 earned run average (ERA). He went to Saint Mary’s Collegiate of California after high school and played college baseball there.
He was a member of the Orleans Firebirds of the Cape Cod Baseball League in the summer of 2015. In 16 starts during his junior season, he went 9–2 with a 2.48 ERA. After the season, he was selected in the fourth round of the 2016 Major League Baseball draft by the Milwaukee Brewers.
