Comedian Funny Face Granted Bail of GH¢120,000 by Kasoa Court

Ghanaian comedian Funny Face has been granted bail by the Kasoa Akweley District Court, according to recent reports.

The bail, set at GH¢120,000, was granted with the condition that the comedian meets the bail requirements for his release.

The court session, held on April 9, 2024, follows Funny Face’s remand in police custody for two weeks after his involvement in a car accident on Sunday, March 24, 2024.

The incident occurred around 8pm at Kasoa Kakraba Junction, where Funny Face allegedly hit about five pedestrians while driving.

Since the accident, Funny Face has been in police custody and appeared before the Kasoa-Akweley District Court on Tuesday, March 26, where he was remanded.
