Chris Bart-Williams net worth at death – English football coach and former professional player Chris Bart-Williams had an estimated net worth of $5 million at the time of death. Bart-Williams was born on 16 June 1974 and died on 24 July 2023 at the age of 49.

Born in Freetown, Sierra Leone, Bart-Williams grew up in North London and was educated at The School of St. David’s and St Katharine’s in Hornsey.

He began his professional career at the age of 16 with Leyton Orient and scored on his debut, in a 4–0 win against Tranmere Rovers on 2 February 1991. Bart-Williams went on to score two goals in 36 league appearances for Orient.

In 1991, he was purchased by Sheffield Wednesday for £275,000. He spent 4 seasons at Sheffield Wednesday and helped them reach the Football League Cup semi-finals in the 1993–94 season and also appeared in their short-lived UEFA Cup campaign (the club’s first European run since the 1960s) the previous season.

In 1995, he was sold to Nottingham Forest for £2.5 million.

Bart-Williams was successful at Forest and though he played as a defensive midfielder, he scored 35 goals. He was the club’s top scorer in the 2000–2001 season> he was also very clinical from free kicks and penalties.

He later played for Charlton Athletic, Ipswich Town, APOEL, and Marsaxlokk.

After retiring from football, Bart-Williams coached in the United States alongside Tony DiCicco, the former head coach of the United States women’s national soccer team.

Bart-Williams worked as an assistant for the WPSL’s Boston Breakers. He was an assistant coach for the Quinnipiac University men’s soccer team, where he helped guide them to the MAAC championship and the first round of the NCAA tournament in 2013. He also spent six years as an assistant coach for the Quinnipiac University men’s soccer team.
