Chelsea first wanted to sign Michael Olise from Crystal Palace, but they couldn’t agree on the pay.

Olise decided to go to Bayern Munich instead, so Chelsea is looking at other players.

Gianluca Di Marzio, a football reporter, says Chelsea wants to add more attackers and thinks Williams would be a good fit.

Williams, who was born in 2002, has played really well for Athletic Bilbao.

Chelsea is ready to pay the €55 million that Bilbao wants to let Williams go. Remember, Chelsea tried to buy him before but couldn’t make it happen.
