Chelsea Offer Lukaku Plus Cash Deal to Sign Osimhen

Chelsea is considering a trade that would send Romelu Lukaku, along with €90 million and a young player, to Napoli in return for Victor Osimhen.

Osimhen, who is expected to leave Napoli when the season concludes, has caught the attention of many teams, including Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal.

Nonetheless, Sky Sport Italia has reported that Chelsea, who have shown a consistent interest in Osimhen, are prepared to offer whatever it takes to bring the Nigerian forward to Stamford Bridge.

Including Lukaku in the deal is intended to lower the overall expense for Chelsea. Lukaku, keen on staying in Italy after his time with Inter Milan and Roma, is looking for a way out of Chelsea.

Chelsea aims to use Lukaku’s wish to remain in Italy as a way to smooth the path for Osimhen’s move to England.

Even though Lukaku has been linked with a move to Saudi Arabian clubs, Chelsea might change their plans if Napoli is open to the swap deal.
