Chandler Kinney is an American actress and dancer. She was born in Sacramento, California on August 3, 2000. Chandler has attended elementary school and middle school. She was trained with the Los Angeles Ballet Academy, the Debbie Allen Dance Academy and the Kirov Academy of Ballet in Washing DC on scholarship.
