Roland Frimpong Nyarko, widely known as Champion Rollie and a prominent member of the Dance With Purpose (DWP) group, has disclosed the pinnacle of his financial success in the world of dance.

During an exclusive interview on Joy Prime’s children’s program, 4Kids Paradise hosted by Akosua Debrah, Champion Rollie shared that his most significant payment to date was a substantial GH¢70,000.00.

This impressive sum was earned earlier this year when he served as an influencer for the Ghana vs. Egypt football match.

“It was a surreal moment for me. In January, I collaborated with Football Together and traveled to Côte d’Ivoire to promote the Ghana-Egypt match,” Rollie recounted, reflecting on the lucrative opportunity that marked a milestone in his career.

He expressed initial disbelief upon seeing the sizable payment deposited into his bank account, emphasizing that this revelation marks the first public disclosure of this achievement.

“The highest amount I’ve ever been paid is GH¢70,000.00,” he confirmed during the interview. “I engaged in extensive social media activities as part of the largest contract of my career.”

Despite the financial rewards, Champion Rollie acknowledged the variability in earnings depending on the event and contractual terms. He underscored that beyond monetary gains, his passion lies in using dance to impact lives positively.

Recently, Champion Rollie organized the ‘Clothe-A-Child; Change A Life’ fun fair, benefiting over a hundred street children—an initiative he has cherished for years.

Looking ahead, he plans to reinvest his earnings into nurturing young dancers from disadvantaged backgrounds, providing them with opportunities for personal and professional growth.
