Candice Modiselle Calls Out Makeup Artists Who Can’t Work With Brown Skin

South African renowned Actress, Candice Modiselle, has reacted to the controversies of how black actress and hairstylists are treated in Hollywood.

This fracas ensued after a year of expressing his displeasure about the black actress and hairstylist not getting good treatment. According to the user, it’s horrible how these beautiful talents are ignored.

He said:

“This is literally horrible because GREAT black hairstylists exist within the industry but yt people will go out of their way to close doors on people who could be making their projects 10x better.”

Candice Modiselle reacted to his tweet and brought out her opinions. She lamented how some makeup artists globally are not able to work on brown skins. To her, there are some markup artists and hairstylists who find it difficult to work according to skin colors.

In her tweet, she wrote:

“Same with makeup artists, globally. The pool of talent knows no bounds, but guess who’s bagging the major gigs, yet they have no idea what to do when a person of color is sitting in their chair. Blush, a smokey eye and red lip is not a one-size-fits-all look Susan.”
