His latest performance at the TD Garden Arena in Boston brought in $1.593 million, breaking his own previous record set at Madison Square Garden in 2022.

This historic concert was a sell-out, with all 19,000 seats filled, and it’s part of his ‘I Told Them’ Tour. So far, the tour has made over $11.6 million from just 11 of the 22 planned shows.

His fourth album, ‘African Giant’, also made history as the first Nigerian album to earn a platinum certification in France. With a total of 10 Grammy nominations, Burna Boy holds the record for the most nominations received by a Nigerian artist.
In another groundbreaking moment, he performed at the 66th Grammy Awards in February 2024, becoming the first African artist to do so at the main event.
